Private browsing, although, very popular amongst users of the internet, may get a little tricky when different people privately browse the web from different kinds of devices. This is not really a matter of concern as different companies and their phones or tablets, and, devices have different methods and ways of private browsing and internet privacy.

First and foremost, on every electronic device that is used for internet and web browsing, the concept of private browsing comes up.   • Swipe down from the top of your phone screen with two fingers and begin to look through the list of options
  • Click on the Private Mode option from the list of features 
  • If you are using the Private Mode option for the first time you will get a quick tutorial on how to use it and its extra features that are available. Moreover, after the tutorial you or the other user will have to enter in a PIN code for using Private Mode.

On the other hand, if for any reason you or the other user want to disable private mode from your Samsung Galaxy device, then you must re-click on the Private Mode button on the features list.

As far as other devices are concerned, private browsing on Samsung J3 can also be done by a Samsung user. Android has built-in privacy and incognito modes in its stock browser. All the internet user must do is open their browser application and click on the Tabs option which lies at the bottom corner. After this, the user must press the Menu or more button and select the option of Secret New Tab.

The mention of the popular and effective telecommunications company, Huawei was essential to this article. First founded in 1987, Huawei has introduced a very wide range of products across the market.

Private browsing in Huawei devices can be done by the basic Google Chrome method where the internet user goes incognito by either clicking on the three dot icon in the browsing application or by simply using private browser keys.  

The new Huawei P20 offers the feature of a Private Space which allows Huawei users to have a different set of applications such as Google Play which can only be accessed by them. This requires a separate user PIN or password.

This can be done by swiping down from the top of the screen then click on the settings icon > security and privacy and lastly, click on PrivateSpace.

Private Browser Kindle

The Amazon Kindle is an e-reader designed to replicate the features of a book in a tablet. The benefit being, instead of one book, you get thousands. Although the Amazon Kindle has been around in the market for quite some time, a newer version with a private mode was introduced in the e-reader market in about 2014.

Amazon added the private browsing feature to its Silk browser which allows users to search anything they want without their search history being recorded, trackers or cookies being used and, more features.

In order to enable private browsing mode in the Amazon Kindle, the user must tap on the Menu button, and then, select the new option and, Private Browsing.

The Amazon Kindle also had another update which was named as the Amazon Kindle Fire. There are some differences between the Kindle E-reader and the Amazon Kindle Fire or Kindle Fire Tablet.

The biggest one being the display. Because the Kindle Fire tablets use a glass display for the typical tablet usage, it tends to have a glare and although the Amazon Fire HDX and HDX 8.9 have the feature of a little less glare, the reader can tell the difference.

On the other hand, the Amazon Kindle e-reader tend to use more matte screens that completely reduce glare in order to mimic the style of an ink-printed book.

As far as private browsing on Kindle Fire HD is concerned, the Silk browser is used on the Fire Tablets. Thus, the method of enabling a private browser on Kindle Fire may include the following.

The pages that you or the reader views on the Kindle Fire will not be saved in the search history, browser history or, the cookie store. Moreover, private browsing in the Kindle Fire also does not save any passwords.
