In terms of privacy, the iOS 12 beta 3 private browser is pretty much the same as previous iOS privacy systems. The built-in private browsing tab can be accessed, however, unlike special browsing software such as the UR-Browser, it does not prevent websites and third-parties from tracking the internet user’s search history and personal information and data.

There may, however, be some other or more updated versions of separate private browsing software that may only be available for installing and downloading on iOS 11 or higher updates.

Similarly, when talking about the private browser of Safari 2018, the web browser by Apple, again, accessing the private browsing tab is the same method.

When discussing the legal privacy policy, using Safari does not really offer complete privacy benefits like web browsing software that is specifically designed for privacy purposes. Therefore, it may be best to install third-party software in order to keep any personal information and data safe and secure. 

In recent times, many Apple product users have found the problem of the private browser gone from Safari. This does not generally mean that the option of private browsing has been discontinued but it is merely a glitch in the software.
